DESCRIPTION: Congress is downtown Austin's main drag - I was staying at the Radisson (first building on the right, borders the river). A nice and wonderfully informative woman I met on the plane told me the Capitol far in the distance used to be the tallest building in town, until the 1980s when skyscraper were allowed to ruin the view. Thanks for the ride to the hotel, Leslie!
